Fixed Gear

I am happy to let you know that I got a new bicycle. It is a “Masi Speciale Fixed.” It is bright orange. It has one gear. It is pretty much the coolest bicycle ever. You may think I am insane to ride a fixed gear bike — you can’t knock it till you try it though. This bike does not allow you to coast. You must pedal all the time. There is no such thing as ‘coasting.’ Coasting is for whimps… If you have good balance you can actually go backwards on this thing. When you go uphill you just have to push harder. Try it…
